The Transformation Network LLC (“TTN”, “we”, “us”) is committed to providing a Christ-honouring, safe, nurturing, and protective environment for all children and young people participating in TTN programs worldwide (excluding Australia, which operates under a separate jurisdiction).

This policy applies to:

  • KTA+ Premium Programs (U.S. families)

  • Kingdom Thinkers Academy (global online learners outside Australia)

  • Thinkers Academy Premium Tuition (global online learners outside Australia)

  • iProject International (global online learners outside Australia)

  • Teacher Marketplace programs

  • Any TTN-hosted digital communities

1. Purpose

This policy outlines TTN’s commitment to:

  • Protecting children from harm

  • Ensuring safe online learning environments

  • Establishing clear staff and educator conduct standards

  • Providing transparent, accountable reporting pathways

  • Aligning with U.S. child protection expectations and international best practices

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All TTN educators, mentors, contractors, and volunteers

  • All Marketplace Teachers

  • All students, parents, and guardians participating in TTN programs

  • All TTN online platforms, Zoom classrooms, and learning communities

3. TTN Child Safety Commitments

TTN is committed to:


3.1 A Safe, God-Honouring Learning Environment

Children must feel:

  • Safe

  • Respected

  • Encouraged

  • Protected

  • Spiritually supported

3.2 Zero Tolerance for Harm

TTN does not tolerate:

  • Abuse (physical, emotional, verbal, spiritual, or sexual)

  • Grooming behaviours

  • Harassment or bullying

  • Exploitation

  • Discrimination

  • Neglect

3.3 Professional Conduct

All staff and marketplace teachers must:

  • Maintain professional boundaries

  • Avoid private, 1-to-1 unsupervised communication channels

  • Communicate respectfully and appropriately

  • Avoid sharing personal social media with students

  • Never meet students alone in unmonitored environments

4. Online Learning Safety Standards

All TTN programs are delivered online. Therefore, children must be protected in digital environments.

TTN ensures:


4.1 Safe Learning Platforms

Use of secure, vetted platforms:

  • Zoom (or equivalent secure platforms)

  • TTN community portals

  • Course platforms approved by TTN

4.2 Monitored Sessions

Educators follow:

  • Visible-on-camera requirements

  • Moderated interactions

  • Shared-screen protocols

  • Clear breakout room rules (no private educator–child sessions)

4.3 No Unauthorized Recording

  • TTN may record sessions for safety and quality.

  • Students/families may not record or screenshot sessions.

5. Parent Responsibilities (U.S. & International Families)

Parents/guardians must:

  • Supervise children during online sessions

  • Ensure a safe and appropriate physical environment

  • Maintain device filtering and online safety tools

  • Encourage respectful behaviour

  • Report concerns immediately

TTN does not replace parental supervision.


6. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Concerns may include:

  • Inappropriate educator or peer behaviour

  • Child disclosure of harm

  • Suspicious online activity

  • Grooming signals

  • Unsafe digital interactions

6.1 Reporting Pathways

Families and students should report to:

  • The educator

  • TTN Executive Team

6.2 Mandatory Reporting

TTN complies with U.S. reporting expectations:

  • In cases of suspected abuse toward a U.S. child

  • In cases where the educator is a U.S.-based mandatory reporter

  • In situations of immediate risk

For international families, TTN will follow reasonable reporting expectations based on jurisdictional norms and escalate to appropriate local authorities if needed.


7. Responding to Incidents

TTN will:

  1. Prioritize child safety immediately

  2. Remove individuals from the online environment if necessary

  3. Document the concern

  4. Notify parents unless doing so risks further harm

  5. Escalate to law enforcement or child protection agencies when appropriate

  6. Conduct TTN Executive Review

  7. Implement corrective or disciplinary action

Educators may be suspended during investigations.


8. Safe Staff Conduct Standards

TTN staff and Marketplace Teachers agree to:

  • Maintain transparency in communication

  • Use TTN-approved platforms only

  • Uphold Christian character and modelling

  • Avoid private direct messaging with minors

  • Never solicit personal information beyond educational needs

  • Maintain professional language at all times

  • Avoid flattery, gifts, or personal favours

9. Violations of This Policy

Violations may result in:

  • Removal from sessions

  • Suspension or termination of an educator

  • Platform restrictions

  • Termination of enrolment

  • Reporting to authorities


10. Review and Updates

TTN reviews this policy:

  • Annually

  • After any safety incident

  • When legal expectations change
