These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all programs, products, and services delivered by The Transformation Network LLC (USA) (“TTN LLC”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
TTN LLC is the United States delivery partner for:
KTA+ Premium Programs (U.S. Families)
Kingdom Thinkers Academy (U.S. Delivery)
iProject International Premium Programs (U.S. Delivery)
Thinkers Academy Premium Tuition Pathways (U.S. Delivery)
Teacher Marketplace global independent teacher programs
Non-Premium digital products, micro-courses, workshops, and coaching
By accessing TTN LLC services, you (“you”, “parent”, “guardian”, “student”, “user”) agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services Delivered by TTN LLC
TTN LLC provides educational programs across multiple streams. These fall into Premium Programs and Non-Premium Offerings.
1.1 KTA+ PREMIUM PROGRAMS (United States)
All KTA+ Premium Programs delivered in the U.S. use TTN’s proprietary methodologies:
✔ Responsive Discipleship Learning (RDL)
Used across all Premium Programs globally.
✔ The Five Theme Framework
Used in:
KTA Premium Classes
Any KTA-branded Premium experience
Premium Programs include:
Weekly live sessions
Discipleship-integrated learning
Project-based inquiry
Mastery pathways
Optional/additional 1:1 Premium sessions
1.2 Kingdom Thinkers Academy (United States)
Kingdom Thinkers Academy includes:
Group-Based Live Learning Programs
Weekly online classes
Bible-aligned inquiry
Peer-based learning experiences
Optional 1:1 Sessions
Parents may purchase additional Premium 1:1 support.
These follow the 1:1 Terms in Section 15.
KTA programs only use RDL + the Five Theme Framework when enrolled as part of a KTA Premium Program.
1.3 iProject International (PREMIUM PROGRAM)
iProject International is a standalone Premium Program that:
Uses Responsive Discipleship Learning (RDL)
Provides weekly or multi-weekly 1:1 mentorship
Builds custom project-based learning pathways
Integrates a biblical worldview
Facilitates real-world exhibitions of student learning
iProject does not use the Five Theme Framework unless added to a personalised plan.
1.4 Thinkers Academy Premium Tuition (PREMIUM PROGRAM)
Thinkers Academy Premium includes:
Personalised mastery-based 1:1 sessions
Discipleship-integrated academic mentoring
Custom project and skill development
Structured learning progression
Uses:
RDL (Responsive Discipleship Learning)
Does not use the Five Theme Framework unless part of a KTA Premium integration.
1.5 Non-Premium TTN LLC Courses & Products
Non-premium offerings include:
Micro-courses
Digital downloads
Teacher-created short courses
Workshops
Standalone coaching
These do not use RDL or the Five Theme Framework.
1.6 Teacher Marketplace (Global Independent Teachers)
The TTN Teacher Marketplace hosts independent global educators who offer their own:
Courses
Workshops
Masterclasses
Digital learning experiences
Marketplace Teachers:
Are independent contractors
Are responsible for their own content, materials, and teaching delivery
Must comply with all TTN child safety, cyber safety, and conduct policies
Determine their own teaching style and course structure
Teacher Marketplace courses are Non-Premium unless explicitly stated.
1.6.1 TTN LLC Responsibilities
TTN LLC provides:
A secure platform
Child safety oversight
Payment processing (where applicable)
Basic onboarding for Marketplace Teachers
TTN LLC does not:
Guarantee learning outcomes
Guarantee teacher performance
Take responsibility for course content quality
1.6.2 Teacher Responsibilities
Marketplace Teachers must:
Uphold TTN policies
Deliver content appropriate for children
Maintain professional communication
Adhere to platform guidelines
1.6.3 Parent & Student Responsibilities
Parents understand that:
Marketplace Teachers are independent contractors
Classroom supervision remains the parent’s responsibility
Course-specific inquiries should be directed to the Marketplace Teacher
1.6.4 Refunds
Refunds follow the refund policy listed on each individual course.
1.6.5 Teacher Removal
TTN LLC may suspend or remove a Marketplace Teacher for:
Safety concerns
Policy violations
Misconduct
2. Contracting Entity
All U.S. families & Independent Marketplace Teachers, and TTN Premium Program educators contract with:
The Transformation Network LLC, United States.
Australian families are governed by TTN Australia’s Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
Provide accurate information
Maintain homeschool compliance
Supervise children during online learning
Ensure safe technology and environment
Follow TTN policies
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Expected Behaviour
Respect
Kindness
Appropriate communication
Following teacher instructions
4.2 Prohibited Behaviour
Bullying
Harassment
Inappropriate content
Recording sessions without consent
4.3 Consequences
TTN LLC may:
Warn
Restrict access
Remove from sessions
Terminate enrolment
5. Technology & Cyber Safety
Families must:
Use approved platforms
Maintain device security
Supervise screen use
Educators may mute/disable/remove students as needed.
6. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds for digital products follow purchase terms.
Premium Program refund terms appear in Section 9.
7. Attendance & Participation
Students must:
Attend sessions
Participate respectfully
Notify educators of absences
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Complies with:
COPPA
U.S. privacy principles
Data is not sold or shared.
9. EARLY WITHDRAWAL & FEE POLICY (PREMIUM PROGRAMS ONLY)
9.1 7-Day Cooling-Off
Full refund (minus processing fees).
9.2 After 7 Days
Family pays 75% of total program fee.
9.3 Special Consideration
Partial relief may apply for:
Medical emergencies
Crisis relocation
Severe financial hardship
9.4 Program Cancellation by TTN LLC
Pro-rata refund issued.
10. LEARNING SUPPORT & ADJUSTMENTS
Support is offered within:
RDL
The Five Theme Framework (KTA Premium)
Adjustments include:
Pacing changes
Alternative methods
Family consultation
TTN LLC does not offer specialised disability services.
11. EMERGENCY & INCIDENT RESPONSE
Steps include:
Immediate safety response
Parent notification
Documentation
Mandatory reporting
Executive review
12. COMPLAINTS & GRIEVANCES
Process:
Speak with educator/mentor
Escalate to Program Lead
Executive Team Review
13. AMENDMENTS
TTN LLC may update these Terms due to:
Program changes
Legal updates
Governance changes
Families will be notified of major updates.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in TTN LLC programs, including:
KTA+ Premium
Kingdom Thinkers Academy
Thinkers Academy Premium Tuition
iProject International
Teacher Marketplace offerings
you agree to:
All TTN policies
Conduct expectations
Scheduling and fee requirements
Upholding a safe learning environment
15. TERMS OF SERVICE FOR 1:1 SESSIONS
(Thinkers Academy, Kingdom Thinkers Academy, iProject International)
These terms apply to all 1:1 sessions delivered under TTN LLC.
15.1 Payment Options
PAYG: charged 6 days prior
5-Session Package: expires at 5 weeks
10-Session Package: expires at 10 weeks
Packages cannot be extended or refunded.
15.2 PAYG Cancellations
>2 days: reschedule permitted
Same day (>1 hr): reschedule permitted
<1 hr / no-show: session forfeited
15.3 Package Cancellations
>1 hour: reschedule permitted
<1 hour: forfeited
Expiry: 5 or 10 weeks depending on package
15.4 Tutor Availability
Substitute tutors/mentors may be assigned.
15.5 Applicability Across All TTN Programs
All 1:1 elective or extension sessions follow these same rules.
15.6 Account Responsibilities
Families must maintain updated info, secure logins, and adequate supervision.
15.7 Conduct & Policies
Participants must follow:

TTN Cyber Safety Policy
KTA+ Code of Conduct
These Terms
15.8 Termination
Sessions may be suspended/terminated for:
Unpaid fees
Repeated cancellations
Behavioural issues
Policy violations
Unused sessions may be forfeited.
15.9 Acceptance
Booking, paying for, or attending a 1:1 session constitutes acceptance of all terms.
